Soca Switch Radio

A Trinidadian stream devoted to soca, carrying the Carnival season and the wider Eastern Caribbean output. Soca splits into two broad streams that the competitions are organised around: power soca, fast and built for the road, and groovy soca, slower and with room for actual songwriting. Both feed the same season. Because a tune has a Carnival and rarely gets another, stations dedicated to the genre track the staggered regional calendar rather than a single island's.
