What to include

• Suggesting a station? Send the station name, country and its live stream URL if you have it.
• Reporting a problem? Tell us the station name and what happened (for example "won't play" or "wrong logo").
• Advertising or partnerships? Let us know a bit about your business and how you'd like to work together.

We read every message and aim to reply within a few days.

For broadcasters

If you run a Caribbean station, we would like to hear from you — and there are a few things we can offer that cost you nothing. We monitor every stream in our catalogue automatically and can alert you when yours stops responding, which is often the first anyone knows about it. If your stream is only available over plain http, we can serve it securely so it works on modern websites and mobile browsers, including your own. And we can give you a free embeddable player for your station's site.

We also link out to your own website and app from your station page. We are a way for listeners abroad to find you, not a replacement for your own audience — every station page points back to you.

Corrections and removals

If any detail about your station is wrong — the name, the logo, the country, the genres or the description — tell us and we will correct it. If you would prefer your station not to be listed at all, email us and we will remove it promptly. We do not require a reason.

The same applies to any rights holder with a concern about a stream we carry. Write to us at the address above with the station name and the nature of the issue, and we will respond.

Advertising

Our audience is the Caribbean diaspora — listeners in New York, Toronto, London, Miami and beyond who tune in to stations from home. If that is who you are trying to reach, get in touch and tell us about your business. We can share listening figures by country and by station.
