A Saint Lucian stream carrying Caribbean music — soca, reggae, dennery and the French Antillean zouk that circulates freely between Saint Lucia and the islands to the north. Small independent stations make up a substantial part of the Eastern Caribbean's radio landscape, programming with more freedom than commercial FM and reaching a diaspora concentrated in the United Kingdom, New York and Toronto.
