A Saint Lucian stream built around the island's own dance music — dennery segment, soca and reggae. Dennery segment is Saint Lucia's most significant recent musical contribution, built on a sparse, insistent rhythm quite unlike Trinidadian soca, and stations committed to it are the fastest way to hear what is current in the Eastern Caribbean rather than what has already crossed over. The programming builds hard toward the island's July Carnival.
